You can make a provisional booking by ‘phone or e-mail. If you do this, your booking will be held for seven days awaiting receipt of a completed booking form and your deposit or full payment.

When I receive payment from you I will send you an invoice and other documentation to confirm your booking.

Up until Friday 3 February 2012 you may book by sending me a completed booking form with a deposit of £30 per person. This deposit is not refundable. Full payment of the balance will be due on Friday 24 February 2012.

After Friday 3 February 2012 full payment is required at the time of booking. If you are booking after the end of January, I recommend that you telephone to check availability and book provisionally. This is particularly important if your requirements are out of the ordinary (eg a large group or a family with more than 2 young children), so that we can discuss the options available to you before you book.

I accept payment by cheque, postal order or by bank transfer (transfer details on request).
